Pastor Frank and his wife Gayle met at Philadelphia College of Bible (Cairn University now) and were married at St. Paul's Evangelical Church in Pennsauken, NJ, on December 17, 1977. After college, they lived in Camden, NJ, for five years and then moved to Portland for Frank to go to seminary. They pastored the Garfield Community Church from 1985-1996. They then moved to Idaho and pastored the Cottonwood Community Church from 1996-2013. During this time, Gail worked in a local elementary school as a Title 1. reading tutor. In 2013 they moved back to Estacada. They also Pastored at Dodge Community Church for about two years.
